• Meeting Leadership: Mohammed Abul Khasim, DTM serves as Toastmaster of the Day (TMOD), steering the session alongside General Evaluator TM Mesfer Saeed and a dedicated role team tracking grammar, time, and filler words.

• Prepared Speeches (7:20 PM):

  • Saad Al Hajri – Level 2, Project 1: Understanding Your Communication Style (Evaluator: TM Pramod Kunnath)

  • Harris Acedera – Level 1, Project 4: Evaluation & Feedback (1st Speech) (Evaluator: TM Samera Parveen)

  • Samera Parveen – Prepared Project (Evaluator: TM Harris Acedera)

• Table Topics (7:50 PM): TM Abdul Kareem challenges members and guests with impromptu speaking prompts, evaluated by Dr. Shanti Rao, DTM.

• Evaluations & Official Visit (8:15 PM – 8:50 PM): Thorough speech and meeting appraisals led by TM Mesfer Saeed, followed by an official visit report and division updates from Area 63 Director Samera Parveen, DL5.

• Adjournment (9:00 PM): Guest feedback, vote counting led by TM Sohail Siddiqui, club announcements, and formal adjournment by the Presiding Officer.

Guests and visiting Toastmasters are welcome to attend, observe, and participate in the Table Topics session.
